As the Director of Small Drops, I am honoured to lead an organisation uniquely committed to bringing Eelam Tamil youth to the international stage. Through culture, art, music, and drama, we provide platforms where young talents can not only showcase their creativity but also develop meaningful professional and emotional connections with global communities—opportunities historically inaccessible to ordinary citizens.
Our participants have already represented our community in significant international forums, including the International Children’s Peace Network (ICPN) from 16 to 24 August 2025, and the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) cultural events on 11 November 2025. These engagements enable our youth to interact with influential figures, gain exposure to international media, and participate in cross-cultural dialogue, fostering mutual respect, understanding, and global awareness.
Small Drops is profoundly different from other organisations. Whereas many past events focused on entertaining audiences or inviting high-level politicians, our approach emphasises evidence-based intellectual awareness. We explore the philosophy of humanity, nature, the soul, and space, while also highlighting the Eelam Tamils’ struggle, resilience, and lived experiences. This ensures that every initiative is culturally enriching, educationally insightful, and socially conscious.
Moreover, Small Drops prioritises multi-linguistic and multi-cultural collaboration, recognising that true global engagement comes not from singular narratives but from inclusive, community-driven participation. By merging artistic excellence with intellectual insight, we enable young talent to present our heritage and history to the world in a way that is both compelling and profoundly meaningful.
In essence, Small Drops does more than entertain—it educates, empowers, and bridges communities, creating extraordinary opportunities for youth to engage internationally while raising awareness of our culture, philosophy, and historical struggle. This unique combination of creativity, consciousness, and global impact is what makes Small Drops not just different, but essential and unparalleled in its vision.
